1. Service

PropGlean is a browser extension that automates collection of real estate listing data from platforms where the user already has an account, and exports it to CSV / Google Sheets.

2. Your accounts, your responsibility

PropGlean works inside your own logged-in sessions. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of each platform you use (Zillow, PropStream, BatchLeads, etc.).
You must only collect data you are authorized to access. You are solely responsible for how you use the data you collect.
We never ask for, store, or handle your platform credentials.

3. Pacing and safety defaults

PropGlean ships with conservative default pacing settings that were widely tested and are safe for normal use.
You may adjust pacing settings. Default settings were widely tested and safe — adjust at your own risk. Aggressive settings may result in account restrictions on third-party platforms, which are outside our control.

4. Plans, credits, payments

Plans are monthly subscriptions or prepaid credit bundles, billed by Stripe. Credits are consumed per export.
Credits do not expire while your account is active. Refunds are handled per Stripe policy and applicable law.
Prices may change with 30 days' notice via the announcement banner.

5. Beta program

Beta participants receive a free plan for the stated period. Beta software is provided "as is" and may change without notice. We may end the beta at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You may not: resell or share your account or credits, use the service to breach third-party terms, harvest data you have no right to, or use the service for illegal purposes (including harassment, fraud, or stalking). We may suspend accounts that violate this section.

7. No warranty / liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses caused by third-party platform restrictions.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, credits are forfeited unless required otherwise by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms with notice via the announcement banner. Continued use after changes = acceptance.
