1. What PropGlean is
PropGlean is a browser extension that helps real estate professionals collect foreclosure/pre-foreclosure listing data from their own accounts on platforms like Zillow, PropStream, and BatchLeads, and export it to CSV or Google Sheets.
2. What we collect
- License account: your Google email address (via Sign in with Google), your plan, credit balance, and active-session records. Stored in our license server database (Cloudflare D1) to enforce your plan and prevent sharing.
- Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Extension settings: filter presets, area lists, and run preferences are stored locally in your browser (chrome.storage). We cannot see them.
- Scraped lead data: stays in your Google Sheets / CSVs and your platform accounts. It is never uploaded to our servers.
- Debug logs: if you send us a bug report, the dump contains extension version, the page URL, the step that failed, and error details. It does not contain your emails, passwords, tokens, or lead data.
3. What we do NOT collect
- No passwords or platform credentials. PropGlean works inside your already-logged-in browser sessions and never asks for your platform passwords.
- No tracking of your browsing outside the supported platforms, no ads, no selling of data. Ever.

5. Sharing
We share data only with processors required to run the service: Cloudflare (license server hosting), Google (OAuth sign-in), Stripe (payments). We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
6. Your rights
- Export or delete your license account data: email [CONTACT EMAIL].
- Uninstall the extension: all local data is removed with it.
- Revoke Google access at any time via your Google account settings.
